Still got 12 months left on his contract but according to this weeks Observer, negotiations have already been opened to extend his stay.

Think it says a lot about Richards' dedication and desire that he's gone from being another Aussie who wasn't delivering in England to being our most consistent player over the past three seasons (imo) and now the Man of Steel.
Footballers spend 90 minutes pretending they're injured. Rugby League players spend 80 minutes pretending they're not.
