Cullens a good manager warrington have go loads of injuries thats a fact, they didnt play well last nite ok but injuries do effect teams.
I guess if anyone knows that, then it must be us with the injury lists we've had in recent seasons.

Warrington coach Paul Cullen:
"We're on the ropes and we're taking a bit of punishment.
"Jon Clarke's gone off with a dislocated shoulder now too.

"Wigan had all their players and their money on the pitch, and I've got a lot of mine sat in the stands. That's just a fact of life we've got to deal with."

Funny how injuries are only an excuse when it's his team.
Do you not think you're all over-reacting? You sound like Saints fans!

That's just Cullen's way with words. In the past few weeks he has been very honest, especially when Hull KR beat them. He admitted his players didn't try hard enough and that HKR played a fantastic game. His first comment describes the last few weeks!

The second point is fair enough too. We have a full strength squad and they were missing Fa'afili, 2 x Gleeson, Swann, Rauhihi, Clarke (for part of the game) and they were playing with an injured Briers. I don't think he was having a swipe at the price of our side, he was just pointing out that Gleeson (£200,000) was in the stands. We all know they've signed Morley too and paid Johns big money last season.

GeoffN, I'm told keeping Kohe-Love quiet isn't any mean feat, the Wolves fans I work with don't speak highly of him at all.

They may have been suffering from injury but last night was the first time we've had as near to a full strength squad in a long time in the end the best team won

Wigan have Harlequins away then Wakefield at home so you should win that one.
Mind you so did Warrington and thay got beat both times, that was a shocker for me.
I didnt think Fielden was man-of-match yesterday though, it was either Dobson or Dallas for me

Cullens comments about money on the pitch are pathetic but I do hope he doesn't get the sack as he would spend more time with his mate Eddie Hemmings and we would all be going for the "mute" button in droves. Thought Warrington played fairly well last night and after some comments I have read from their fans I had expected them to be much worse than they were. Difference for me was the way we played - it was more like watching the Wigan of old and I came away from the JJB feeling happier than I had done in a long long time.

He was still at it all the way through commentary during the saints game. You'd think he was the only coach to lose players through injury. Millward didn't keep harping on about it when we had twice as many players out.

Did I hear him correctly at the end when Phil Clarke was making a tongue in cheek comment about a pal of his who is a Wigan fan saying if we win the next 10 we will be in the playoffs - it was only a jokey comment, your most ardent Saints fan could even see that but Cullen said something like "well we have to stop them" but in a real vindictive type way.
How come when other coaches are on Sky they speak at half time but when flippin' Talking Tommy is on he tries to take over throughout the game?
