mi dad says he was a real hard man like dean bell, not the biggest but fearsome, so he probably was dirty.

Jim Sulivan is probably the all time greatest Wigan player given his impact as a player and a coach. The best players I have seen are Wally Lewis then Andrew Johns. Players I have seen for Wigan, simply to many and all with different attributes.

I know people have said Farrell, but to be honest i dont even think he comes close to the best player for wigan nevermind best player of all time.

How can u say that, the man was a great, were have wigan gone since he left, Nowhere! he was a great larger than life player who could inspire any wigan team to victory. He had power, great kicking game and good ball handling skills. Definatly one of the greatest to put on a wigan shirt without a doubt

Farrell is without doubt a Wigan great and the best player of his generation. He also made his name as a kid in some of the last great Wigan teams that dominated for a decade.

Didn't really understand much of that, but did notice Lockers in there somewhere! Please don't compare O'loughlin to the greats of Wigan. Players like Farrell, Hanley, Miles, Kenny, Edwards and Bell. O'loughlin is a million light years away from becoming an all time great, and should not be mentoioned in the same sentance as players of the above calibre!
