having just watched boots n all it is obvious that the RFL are accusing us of corruption and cheating in that a statement was made, by the sky sports reporter, to say that any club seeking to mislead over the salary cap would be seriously financially penalized.
Therefore; overspend = points deduction
attempted coverups = cash fines
