What is happening to the Labour Party?

Got anything else on your mind that isn't about the Warriors? If you do, this is the place to post.

UND is not Labour party policy. He is in favour of it but it is not Labour party policy.
For how long Dave? Ask Clive Evans who decides LPP.

The upgrade of the WCML was scheduled for a 140mph top speed.
It was reduced to 125mph as Brown wouldn't fund Railtrack to build it to 140mph.
The Train companies pay Network Rail for use of their tracks etc.
They then pay the Gov't for the franchise. After that if they make a profit they keep it. The ECML went back into public ownership as the private companies couldn't break even never mind make a profit.
At present Network Rail is nationalised and the Train Companies privately owned. IMO that's how it should stay provided the Train people keep investing in new rolling stock.
Whether this is done by franchising or licensing is another matter.

Labour are a laughing stock.

Diane Abbot as Shadow Home Secretary? How many anti-white comments in her speeches I wonder?

Is he serious?

I know why, I just find it hilarious.

I hope the people of Wigan will do their research on her and realise just how "Anti the typical Wiganer" she is.

Labour are a laughing stock the Appiontment of Abbot is as bad as Mays bonkers move to give Boris a job that involves travel.

A time we need political giants we have fools like these it's frightening.

Now we have Tony Blair suggesting he may return to UK Politics.
Is he still a member of the Labour Party? I can't see too many in the current Labour Party welcoming him back.

Will he offer an alternative to lefty Labour and right wing Tories.
Could this be the begining of a centre left Party?
Not too sure how he would create a mass movement.

May might want to and say that she will but they have all said that before.
Thatcher said it, Major said, Cameron said it and none of them managed to achieve it.
I think Brexit and her attempts to unite the Party will determine May's reputation as PM more than moving to the centre or being right wing.
The centre left is wide open for any political party right now.

For all the baggage he brings I have a feeling he could create a movement and take the majority of labour MPs with him,I don't think he's as unpopular as the press would have you believe and indeed I suspect most of the press barons would side with him soon enough.

Yes he has baggage but is it enough to stop him?
