He ran it here. Drew a defender, got the ball away, took a hit. It worked out pretty well. That's what you're saying those others do right?

And here are a few highlights of him being a soft, rubbish failure last season
https://youtu.be/z245fzQdV3I
I am in agreement with you that it's a disappointment he's coming back a year early and having never become the best player in the NRL or won a GF over there, but your criticism has been a little overboard CP, to the point of being a little illogical over the contract scenarios you have been supposing which Mike was fair to pull you up on. There is a truth that lies between failure and champion. There is also a truth that lies between greedy and homesick too I'm sure. Whatever has happened, should we not be happy to be getting him back in Super league? Would you not rather see him play than not?

His output, and the success of the Wigan team that output contributed greatly towards, justifies the way he plays surely

With you on this markill
Surely it is better to have tried and failed than never tried at all??
If you are so damning of him CP then what do you make of all the other "class" players who never tried their hand in the NRL?
More to the point what about the vast number of NRL players who have simply not been worth their weight in airfare over here? (a vastly inferior and weaker competition)
