Interesting point. Could Cas be in trouble? They are mouthing off about suing. Ok what happens if Wigan are not on the list or have a minor breach. Are they not then guilty of bringing the game into disrepute? Will they try to use it to force their way in to the new set up? IE we will go away like nice little boys if you guarentee us a franchise. See you in 2009 touch!! Hc
