I would genuinely like to see Colbon and Goulding given a run as our centre pairing.

they were both brought up from the academy right?
if so then they might work pretty well together, might have a good combination

Well Colbon has played left centre in the Academy this season and when Goulding has played it has been as right centre.

He plays wing for the first team BUT last season he was at loose forward for the 21s. He did well there. This season at centre. He is a big fella and can handle the physicality of inside positions.

There's no way I would play Colbon in the centres, he's way too much of a flake and has as much pyhsical presence as Gail Tydlesley.

Goulding, hell yes get him in the team from the start and get Dave V handing out pies at half time.

Thing is though, if our pack isn't going forward, or at least keeping hold of the ball for more than 2 tackles, we could have Miles and Kenny in the centres and they would still get flattened.

Colbon is a big unit. Certainly no flake. When he played loose forward in the 21s he put on some fantastic hits.

We will have to differ on this I'm afraid CP, a first class centre he will never be.
