Just out of interest if Maurie Fa'asavalu is off-quota because he plays for England even though he wasn't federation trained, does that mean that Pat Richards is off-quota because he qualifies to play for Ireland. Its the same situation a non-federation trained player who qualifies for a nation with the EU.

Bradford forward Simon Finnigan has won a test case that will remove him from his club's overseas quota.
After all this - Bradford release him and he signs for Huddersfield!!!! :baaa:
Huddersfield Giants have signed Simon Finnigan from Bradford Bulls on a three-year deal.

The back rower, 26, was out of contract after spending just a solitary season at Grattan Odsal
