Why not? We've gone from 10,000 to 16,000 in our short time at the JJB with very little success. It's a big ask, but Rome wasn't built in a day...
I think we peaked at 16,000 ish at CP the 10,000 was a trough due to the leaving of CP etc and we are back to 16,000ish at peak tomes. That may drop to 14,000 this year.
Bit of a dream at present, however we are getting good crowds and playing crap with less away fans attending also. It would help if we got an even spread of fixtures throughout the season, instaed of not being home for six weeks then playing a host of home fixtures in such a short time. Who says it may not happen again next year. People get used to not coming, then have to fork out money all at once.

Just a thought If say against Catalans ,Quins,Celtic Crusaders who will bring only a coachload between them all season ticket holders could bring a friend for a fiver the JJB would be full. We have 10.000 season tickets if everyone of those brought 1 guest we would have a 20.000 gate if the guests enjoy what they have seen they might come again.

The problem being that(because of the dross on show) the season ticket holders may not turn up for every game!
And wouldn't you feel aggrieved at 50% of the crowd paying a fiver! Tell you what I won't buy a season ticket and I'll occupy a seat in a top quality stadium for £5 - sounds good to me!
