dnt really remeber my first Wiagn game but what i do remember is my gfirst challenge cup final
1965 against Hunslet
believe ity as been voted one the very best challenge cup finals of all time

A real nipper sat on the "ringside" at Central Park with mi father 'n' 'r kid!. No real interest just dragged along. As I grew up I just picked the odd game for a change of scenery or something to do. Never followed them in the second division and never would. Really started following after promotion with many many years of 100% attendance both home and away.
If I still had the inclination this would now be impossible to do - and hold down a job - as the SL just doesn't want any away support.
