I do understand where people are coming from but I have never had a problem with her, as she is actually my mates mum. I think she was quite rightly stressed this morning, she would have been there late last night printing the ones that had been pre-ordered then there first thing this morning, plus the other two are worse than useless. And anyone i quite like service with a scowl

Well i was just behind you getting mine. didn't know it was you or I'd have said hello.
She was bang on form today wasn't she making everyone really enjoy the shopping experience?
If she is so stressed out because of the other staff being useless they should get rid of the others but she needs a bit of training.
If it were a "normal" shop (not a club shop) people would not go back in with her attitude and all the yelling.

JJ wrote:I ordered my ladies shirt 3 weeks ago why I don’t really know because she was so ignorant I felt like telling her to stuff it But I didn’t because I want to support my team shop.
I asked her if the shirts are a generous fitting, how do I know she said I’ve told you we havent got any ladies in yet.
Right then so if I order the shirt now is there a good chance I could have it to travel to harlequins. Not a chance, so do you want to order it or not.
(I did order one)
Today I started phoning the shop at 10am no one answered after about 20 attempts at 12.00 I phoned the club to ask if the shop was open, also told them how long I had been ringing. they said yes there should be someone in till 1pm. I phone 3 more times then I phoned Vicky in the lotto shop side, she shouted to this woman that I had been trying to phone, and asked if my shirt had arrived I gave my name and was told no try next week, she didn’t have the decency to come to the phone and speak with me. I have complained to the club about her attitude,(others should to) I also asked if my shirt is not hear for next week I would like a refund and I will buy one from sports direct.
(It doesn’t cost anything to be polite we all have our problems from time to time but you don’t take it out on your customers)
I emailed Mick Hogan the other day about her, he has emailed me back with an apology and ensured me that she is being dealt with immediatly.
