I really take offence at that remark CP, to call the crap that bands dish out today as being greta music is an insult to the real musicians out there, all these modern bands do is bash chords out, a 30 second lead break does not constitute a solo, the fact is these modern day musicians are scared to play their instruments to the best of their abillitys, i see the Arctic Monkeys and the like and shake my head in disbelief, i want a band to play multiple layers of music, songs with superb melodies, whether it be hard/heavy/classic/soft rock, acoustic folk, funk or whatever, music i can get lost in, i currently own recordings by over 1400 different artists, i am a musical junkie, and i have totaly forgot what i was rattling on about :eusa4:

i will always take the long hair of my youth over the poor excuse that Lockers has for a hair cut :roll: :lol:

was at snow patrol last night and to my surprise they where very good not as enjoyable as SLF on monday night but it was a hard act to follow.Next up for me is THE ANSWER yesssssssssssss can't wait and then UFO in june and maybe ac/dc (don't really like big outdoor gigs anymore)

Saxon next month on their 30th anniv tour (can't beleive I first saw them in 79) and ODS on 19th December :eusa17: (that's the nearest I can get to a head banger)

Thank you CP I like a bit of heavy rock but got a versitile taste in music like a bit of everything really
