Lammy seemed to have done a solid job with the Puma's in last years world cup. They ran their legs off for him, with some good coordination too.
OK, as someone hinted, he is not a winning coach, but he hasnt been coaching for too long either.
I wouldnt mind Lammy, any other thoughts out there.
We don't need a highly technical coach, we need one that will get the best out of what is actually a decent squad of players. That means a coach who will:
1. Select the best players on merit, irrespective of nationality, reputation or wage rate.
2. Get them playing a style of game that suits their skills.
3. Get them playing consistently as a team.
4. Have genuine competition for places.

Hope he goes, it will cap an outstanding career for Noble as both player and coach.
