Stains had arguably enjoyed the best 10 years in their history prior to Potter's arrival. When he imposed a far more rigorous training schedule, the players perhaps felt it was unnecessary and that they were being punished unfairly.
Wigan, on the other hand, have had perhaps their worst decade since they were relegated. I would like to think that ALL our squad members are hungry for success and will accept that if that means being flogged half to death by a coach who has the same passionate determination, they will go with it.
I certainly hope so anyway!
