Massive Announcement

Got a hot rumour from a source inside the club, or just something you heard down the pub? Then what are you waiting for, post it on The Rumour Mill.

In one of the posts someone wanted to see if there could be a campaign to get the old Ellgren tops available again, this would no doubt make it easier?

I would think so Sam. Essentially Wigan are still using the same shirt manufacturer.

Aye, can't remember who was asking the question though.

Sadly my Ellgren one is from being about 6 and despite my best efforts, 11 stones later I struggle to get into it.

I have some of the nineties puma ones and they are so synthetic.

I'm afraid of going near a naked flame in them though or i'd be up like in that episode of Grange Hill they made where someone's shellsuit set on fire.

Have you got a photo??

PMSL at the thought
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

 Perish the thought, I hope not. I think I was about 18. Shocking to think we once thought they were ok to wear. The things you do for your club :)

In the beginning, they weren't all that bad. It was when oversized middle aged couple took to wearing matching shell suits and adopted them as their 'uniform' in the misguided belief that it made them look 'kewl'!
