So you, having played since school, understand them but Darrell Goulding, professional player, doesn't. I'd like to see these mistakes Goulding's made highlighted as I think, when fit anyway, he's a good defensive player and cuts off overlaps well. Got any links to videos of his errors?
It does seem he's either out of favour or injured as he's not in the cup squad. Could be similar reason to Taylor as well i suppose.

Well done you are obviously so well qualified, you should play for Wigan instead of him as you obviously know far more.
It is quite astonishing that Goulding has been good enough to represent his country at every age level, make his debut for Wigan at 17 and play almost 200 games for Wigan by the age of 26. What were all those coaches watching? They certainly mustn't have had your vast Rugby knowledge. If only he had started his rugby at junior school like you he would have been so much better, and maybe all those coaches too.

Reading some of these posts does not indicate that this forum is for basically putting over ones point of view and listening to others.Unfortunately too often many posters behave like children and resort to name calling. It is time the persons in question grow up and behave like adults

Arguably our best coach in 20 years (Madge) thought goulding was soft in defence and couldnt stick in the tackle, he converted Joel from 2nd row to centre to get around this problem, goulding only really got an extended chance at centre under Wane and IMO he stilk doesnt stick in many tackles and has to have 2nd efforts.
