Perhaps I need to tune in the same, or just assume Al has gone through the door!

Re: Micky mac
Hes vital to us. Imo he needs to play 80 mins in the final and I would drop powell for taylor/hughes.
In our last two games v Warrington they have actually only scored a penalty against us in either game whikst Mcilorum has been on the pitch. Now this might not all be down to mcilorum, maybe the rotation off flower/Crosby & clubb/eddie but its dame sure got a lot to do with it.
The injury probably means this wouldnt happen now, but we would be much stronger for it

"Michael McIlorum picked up an injury to his cheek last week and had been a doubt. A confident Wane said: "We will take a check on him, he took quite a knock. He's a tough character and he feels more passionately about St Helens than I do. He'll definitely play in this game."
Was it really ever in doubt?

Footballers spend 90 minutes pretending they're injured. Rugby League players spend 80 minutes pretending they're not.

Yeah - don't want him only doing 10 mins and then being escorted off with a flag!
I love his play to bits and don't mind a bit of biff but please let him wait till later on in the game!
Agree with AdamMac Micky feels vital to the game. The Warrington game dipped off when him, Dom & Benny Flower came off.
Ben's another one who seems to be getting worked up on the field a lot lately - same goes for him - loving the passion but please wait till last 10/15 mins if you have to make a statement!
Excited now!!!!!! :eusa3:

Re: Micky mac
Well we're a different team without him but for the sake of his health and well being it has to be a good call if it is correct. Couldn't believe some fans were expecting him to play with an injury like that especially with the likes of LMS on the field tonight - he'll be busy this afternoon thinking up a plan B
Never argue with an idiot. He will bring you down to his level and beat you with experience.
Re: Micky mac
Looks like he's out big blow he would keep their forwards quiet.
