I think Sarge will be getting far more support this season. Frightening how a player can improve so much in the correct environment.

Frightening that so many fans could not see he and Gelling has the talent, best centres we have had in years. Its been a weak position. The club has to jettisson players at 21 if they are not going to be in the top 20 squad, and be able to cope with the likes of Watkins at LEEDS. After the debacle of the CC and GF this year,some serious pruning is needed. If they are not good enough to get into the team,with its current weaknesses,then why are we paying them?

Not many comments from those who at the beginning of the season said he was not good enough to play for Wigan.

Some people like easy targets. If I remember correctly, weren't Smith and Green getting it pretty harsh before winning the double?
