town turning blue cant understand your early comments about this being childish and agressive just stating a few facts that it is a law breaking offence to go on to the playing surface my son had a real good telling off just thought u showed lack of respect to all the hard work gone on by all the ground staff hard work put in beleive it was slightly ott how many went on no offence meant sorry it was taken that way but i do have a life and cant be on here all day to defend myself.i personaaly am over the moon latics or in the prem hope they put up a good fight next year and survive but come on childish dont u think thats wat your ottt the top reaction was :eh: :o :o

At last, someone with some brains.
You should be more worried about Leeds or something than us.
Some of you must be devestated at our success if all you can plaster over a rugby board is football.
Were going to Old Trafford, Stamford Bridge, Anfield etc and you still see fit to have a go.
On the pitch? What a disgrace..............
For gods sake some of you, get a life.
Youve just got into the premireship and all you can do is come and chat SH*T on a Wigan rugby league website, I dont think you should be telling anyone to get a life!

I wish rugby and football fans could all get along together! :D I love both sports and I just wish there was more respect for each other's sports.

Fact of the matter is Latics have complained about the pitch all season and it gets trampled over on the last day of Latics season.
If it had been Rugby fans on the pitch,i'm sure DW would have had something to say about it.

Will the FA not be saying something about it, because it's a health and safety hazard. There were many announcements (audible on TV) over the PA system asking fans not to go onto the pitch. My boss from work was there and he said the people around him just laughed and said 'yeah right, we did it last time.' Therefore, if they happen to get a suprise win against Chelsea or Manchester United are they going to invade the pitch again?!
