I agree let's see what they are made of, it's no use promoting these guys unless they are going to be given a chance to prove themselves. Unfortunately, Luke will not be fit for a couple of weeks.

The postion of Hooker or Dummy Half is a important key postion and therefore with the loss of Mcllorum for the season, we need to sign a good experienced specialist Hooker, even if it is only on a one year contract.

Epecting a Scrum Half who has only filling in as replacement hooker for part of a game together with a Rookie who only got into the Under 19 squad last season is not the answer as far as I am concerned.

Maybe we can get Sinfield to switch codes? He's played a bit of stand in hooker. Solving our hooker and kicker problems in one go for the year.

Powell was brilliant starting at 9 in the 0-28 win at Wire last year. He won us the game at Hudds when he played the whole 2nd 40 mins and ran the Giants ragged.
It's how we interchange the 9 position more than the personnell involved.

Beswick's ship sailed end of 2005 when Millward unloaded him for Micky Higham who was going to win us everything.
That worked out well didn't it?

Why should I have to provide names when clubs have more information on the availibility of players be it in this country or down under?

Because your suggesting that the club should do it, therefore I think it is reasonable to think that you have players in mind. By the way every player is available if the club can afford the transfer fee and players wages. Come on WW who would you target?
