Good game probably the best game to watch that Wigan have played I all season

Everyone played well smith had a good game, mafredi is awesome as is Sutton. Williams is getting back to speed

Tomkins defence has really improved since nrl

if hes was more developed he could have created a few more tried tonight. im not one to slate players but i generally think of we had a seasoned centre and a fit Gelling (on form) we would be doing better in attack.

Yea nowt wrong with that pal.he does try to hit hard and misses some.
At the moment gelling would be first choice.Hopefully a new centre will arrive next season.
I still think gildart will be a top class centre.I think sarge will get found out in aus( but I hope he kills it)

Your only 4 posts all being about defending in a game like that, high standards I guess!!

The game was won by the forwards and I include the backs that played like forwards taking the ball up. We still didn't create anything which again is very worrying considering a platform was made. Smith and Williams had poor games unless you want to give the man of the match to someone who kicked well from a dead ball situation.

Man of the match....well take your pick from a set of forwards that worked really hard.
