Based on what? 6-12 weeks depending on the severity was quoted on 13/10...Southern Softy wrote: ↑Thu Oct 29, 2020 2:49 pm Not sure I'm that convinced about Byrne these days. He seems to have slowed and only dies with the ball. He needs to look at the others like Partington and see how they've expanded their game. I'm worried about Havard's injury being a bit more serious then was originally thought.

The club has a choice in this, it didn’t/doesn’t need to renew his contractWigan_forever1985 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 30, 2020 10:18 am Lockers is a joke and should do the decent thing and walk away

Exactly, look at Josh Jones at Hull, I don't think he's played at all since he got covid, and that was months ago.Tricky Dicky1 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 30, 2020 10:50 amHe had covid. Let’s not beat around the bush lockers is finished he has been for a few years and the signings we’ve made have bought other creative options and we’ve done well without him.
But I do wish lockers well to recover from Covid

I cannot imagine the club selecting a player who is still showing effects of Covid. It is a new virus and everyone is constantly learning about it. I think the club have a duty of care in this situation. It isn't the same as a player returning from injury and getting a 20 minute run out to build fitness / ease back in to it.
