Got the playoff fixture I wanted think Leeds is just the test we need, tougher opposition IMO than Salford. Everything from mentality to physicality has to be spot on! Get this right and I really fancy us!

Leeds will surely fancy their chances after winning in France, Salford have nothing to lose V Stains and I'm sure (with or without Croft), they'll go out all guns blazing.

The results have probably gone the way Wigan would have wanted; we should have plenty enough to beat Leeds, just need to make sure our discipline is spot-on. The Giants fell at the last fence again with another under-par showing, I expected that one to be much closer than it ended up.

Honestly would have preferred Salford if I'm honest leeds are on a hiding to nothing and I think more dangerous than Salford for that reason.

I wonder what odds you'd have got at the seasons start for Salford and Leeds to be potentially in the grand final?

Only a small point, but we couldn’t have played Salford regardless of results this week as they finished 6th, and Saints play the qualifier who finish lowest in the league table.

Only a small point, but we couldn’t have played Salford regardless of results this week as they finished 6th, and Saints play the qualifier who finish lowest in the league table.
