Just heard aswell it’s unlimited subs and only changes to 8 for the semi and final. That’s crazy to change a rule for 2 games

That’s true about changing the rules, put it on earlier in the thread.
Also been told Warrington don’t want to play in the final as they said Wigan Warriors Academy won their semi final & deserved to be in the final, but it was Sts that said Wigan had to be disqualified!
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Think we've only ourselves to blame. That's not to say the RFL aren't a useless lot or that, the smellys are a set of sh@tes for insisting the rules be applied to the letter.josie andrews wrote: ↑Sun Sep 24, 2023 1:07 pmThat’s true about changing the rules, put it on earlier in the thread.

The Wire have gained a gold star from me for the honourable way they've handled this.

It's weird if they bothered to change the rules for 2 games in fact it's a bloody stupid rule but that doesn't change the fact Wigan should have been savvy to the rule change no one to blame bar ourselves.jobo wrote: ↑Sun Sep 24, 2023 3:50 pmThink we've only ourselves to blame. Absolute credit to wire though but I guess it's right they play the final.
