In fairness they do offer it seems plenty of third party offers,if and it’s a big if you use them then all of a sudden does feel like a good deal.

Been to the ticket office this morning, Queued for about an hour and a quarter, realistically, the queue was barely getting any smaller, and it was being being reduced more by people giving up and going home, than it was people walking away with STs. So i gave up too. It was clear there'd be a lot of interest this morning, and the club seem woefully unprepared. Everyone in the queue was complaining about Ticketmaster. I'll try again tomorrow.

Tried to buy on line. Every time I put my bank details in for dd it came up with the wrong bank, Barclays. Friend have had the same issue and none of us has ever banked with Barclays. Went down to ticket office to see a long queue. People with same problem banking problem and pensioners being charged full price. Only two windows open with the queue barely moving.

We have a professional team on the rugby side of things but a bunch of clowns running the ticketing. They know they can get away with crap service 'cos its hardly like we're going to go and support Saints instead.

Will try again tomorrow.

It really is a shambles, isn't it? And it seems we only have this week to get it sorted or we'll be paying full whack? Does the club recognise how much goodwill it's losing?

Went this morning.

The first thing they ask for are the old season tickets. They need details of the seats you want to renew.
Bank details with sort code and account number.

This does take time setting it all up.

I was around 10th in the queue at 9.05 and when I left there were approx 12-14 behind me.

The two girls working there were non stop!

The Barclays Bank details are the clubs bank details not yours

In which case why are they not in with the clubs details at the top of the page and only appear when I put my sort code/account details in. There is nothing to indicate that the bank details are the clubs. Poorly designed page.

Worse than that I don’t think they care, yes it’s platitudes when sky are about “oh the fans the lifeblood etc, etc”but the reality is sod you we know best shut and take the price increase even for a game the majority won’t be able to attend.

Matty Peet seems genuine. In fact pretty much everyone says almost nothing else about him that his priorities are family and building ties with the community. Are you saying he's just doing PR?

Went to the ticket office twice yesterday and gave up.
Also tried ringing yesterday and this morning. Looks like the phones are now switched off !
One of our tickets is at the wrong price, so need to speak to someone. Emails are not answered.
It’s not acceptable by the club, they should increase staff members when putting season tickets, cup games, etc. on sale.
Why are season ticket holders alway treated so badly?
Love everything else about the club …..
