why do we need a southern team though? they get no crowd and are running at a loss every year, surely they should be let go of. they are a hinderance (sp??) to the rest of us

i think the people calling me nutty and mad should apologise, i know i didnt list a source but i knew it would happen people yet you didnt listen to me.

Yeah they should apologise if they've got a bit personal cos no on agrees with that kinda stuff.

But you can't fault other people for being sceptical. So many people post rumours on here and some of them are true, a lot aren't.

I was flabbergasted by the idea that we'd get docked points. And I'm still clinging to feeble hope that they'll just fine us. What's the chances?

i wouldnt post a rumour like this if i wasnt certain it would happen. i dont wanna worry the fans by just randomly shouting 'points of us soon! were going down now!', i wouldnt risk an up-roar, but i was sure and my source is a good one. he also informed me of fielden and noble before anounced.

chances of us getting a fine are non existent,we are Wigan,its points they will do us out of,I can't believe after everything Nobby and all the players have done,it's going to be something like this that see's us going down.

I would agree Nobby has turned it around, but don't forget the majority of our current players are responsible for our current position. Given the supposed talent in our squad it is a disgrace that we are where we are. Notwithstanding the qualities - good or bad - of any of our previous coaches this squad of players should have performed much better than they have.

Psycho, I take my hat off to you with the information you obtained from your 'snout'. I, like many others on here thought it was a vicious rumor, but you have answered your critics.
