You haven't missed a thing. If Lindsey was the chairman of a public company he would have been voted off the board by now. What are the other Directors doing ? Why can't they get rid of him? Who has the majority shareholding ? Or are they afraid he may spill some beans ?

How can it be incompetence when they KNEW they were over the salary cap it must have been a joint decision by DW and Mo to go over the cap. Thats why they were fined £50.000 cos they flagrently broke the rules.
