i have some good friends in Norway and they all say they are far better off outside the EU. I think I was told the people out of work is around 2%. I'm convinced we are better off out of this total mess.

Cameron and his allies have much to gain from staying in mate and they will promise you the world too vote remain. Do you honestly believe that Europe would cease trading with us. They talk bollocks for their own gain pal.

We can all post whatever "facts" we like, the truth is that no one knows what is going to happen. The worse aspect of the referendum is the devisive nature of it. It will split the country for a generation.
I am 100% remain but fully respect the democratic nature of a vote. I think we will leave and fear the outcome of that. I a65 and remember the 60's and 70's when we were not the 5 th largest economy in the world, in spite of having all the Commonwealth to trade with. Remember the IMF arriving on our doorstep to bail us out? So how did we get to be the 5th largest economy in the world? Maybe our membership of the EU is a coincidence.
No matter what the arguments are, the winning argument is going to be immigration and the future of our children and grandchildren is going to be decided on a fallacy as great as Chamberlain's "Peace in our time".

It's not the country or the future I want to live in. I don't want to be on the side of the racists, the totalitarian right wing neo nazis or the unregulated free market capitalists.

Vote remain.
Why is it that when anyone says anything about the important issue of immigration which is affecting life in this country, people like yourself always bring up the word racism and also go on about Nazi's.

From many years experience, I have always found that people who make the most comments like yours tend to be extremists of the left like members or supporters of left wing parties like the Communist and Socialist Workers Parties or involved in organisations like the United against Fascism movement which actually consists of many left wing extremists from left wing extremist parties.

To suggest that people vote 'Stay In' in order to prevent racism is nonsense as the issue of immigration is more to do with the system coping with with mass increase in population and not about the colour or culture of people.

Our country is being overpopulated at a alarming rate and we are already seeing signs of the system breaking down, especially in the NHS, lack of affordable housing and Councils unable to provide accommodation, larger school classes, less jobs due to automation, massive gridlock on the roads etc and also a rising birthrate almost double what it was a decade or so ago.

Never mind, lets just live today and sod tomorrow which for many is the case today!

Norway is also subject to import quotas.
Last year the got belted billions of euros in anti dumping fines for exceeeding the quota of salmon exports to the EU which they have been allocated.

Like Peter 252 I remember the 60s and 70s when the country was on it knees. The UK economy was described by the IMF and the World Bank as being in a "permenent state of economic decline". The EU was our economic last chance saloon!

The Leavers have no Trade Free deals in place should they win. We have trade free deals with 27 other EU countries. The EU has 58 Trade Free deals with smaller economies which we benefit from. To give up so much free trade for nothing is irresponsible.
The EU leaders have told us if we leave we also leave the single market. So we'll have no trade deals with anyone.

Of course the EU will trade with us. The trade will be subject to import tariffs and duties paid. Import quotas which will be geared to restrict our trade and anti dumping fines. That's how it was before we joined and how it will be if we leave.

As for immigration, The three aspects of EU immigration, non EU immigration and illegal immigration need to be dealt with. They provide separate problems and need dealing with in totally different ways.
It is plainly obvious that governemnts can reduce the gross migration target of 633,000. They need to do it in a fair and equitable manner.
