Exactly Smudger exactly, I think deja vous is on the cards next year.

As for getting behind the club what about vice versa - 4 points the fans have been cheated by incompitance as i said before 2 games free or reduced tickets for the Grand final IF we get there.

And it's also called a short trip to the employment tribunal if the club tries to renege on previously-agreed contracts. If my boss told me I had to take a pay-cut or be out, I'd be straight out the door to see my union rep and we'd all meet in court to discuss the matter.

Fraggle sprts contracts are not the same as a contract that you or i sign to work. There are get outs and loops holes all over them. I am sure it is fairly easy to release anyone from a contract at that club (Moran for example)

If somebody can show you a salary cap regulation for 2006 that says no deferred payments then yes we are cheats. If not, we used a loophole. Big difference. Wigan used the preliminary meeting to establish that punishing clubs retrospectively was illegal.

The cap is now chcked continuously, we will not be over. It explains why the team was not strengthened more during the pre season. We had to accomodate these deferred payments.

Like the Birmingham Six, and countless other people who have subsequently been found not guilty on appeal...

I'm not saying we are also definitely not guilty, but people should be open to the possibility.

Weve failed 2 season running in making top 6 and being put in a relegation fight again this season if Hull go down on Sunday then its on again.

This is not the teams fault this season its MO's fault. To be over spent by that much he has to go. No ifs ot buts.
