The odd thing was he was not as bad as you think. Some might say he was better than some two armed players. As I recall his name was Kerry Gibson and he played for Springfield Borough during their stint in Wigan.
I wonder whether coaches told their players to step him on his weak arm

He retired and joined Def Leppard (drumming was always his 2nd career choice), finally fulfilling his long held dream to play at Wembley on Cup Final day.

Trust me people Stanton should me kept on at Wigan , if not he will move , develop and bit us in the arse no doubt, he is an unbelieveably talented winger with one hell of a boot on him, why not give him a good run out at the back end of this season and during next season, and let him show us what he can do , just like colbon has done and were is he now , in the starting 13, so why not give he lad a chance to prove himself and im talkin a good set of games not some half hearted friendlys and 2nd hand teams e.g. Salford, Widnes(if they are promoted, no disrespect to those teams)i am talkin high intense game Bradford, Leeds and Stains , like Colbon was given and he pulled through and i dont see why Nicky Stanton shouldnt be given a chance the only diffrence between NS and LC is height, Nicky maybe small be he is a big lad in his shoulders and will give and recieve big hits no problem.Might i ad that he is absolutley lightning
