So thus far all IL has proven is he is a politician. He has lied (Higham) and he is OTT on how good things are/players are. Forgive me I do not want a politician, I want somebody who turns this club into a winning club. Can Trent be replaced? Yes. Why not offer Saints 400,000 for Pryce, NRL clubs are having huge financial issues, knock on the doors of those clubs and say we want Mateo or a similar quality player. Prince has been snubbed for rep honours, have a go. Hell we did not even compete for Bailey.

i think its a good signing personally, but hope to see sam tomkins and smith teaming up sooner rather than later or even him leaving the club...

still really gutted to see our best half back since well i dont know when ( although i loved adrian lam myself) leaving the club but times are changong and you cant play at the same club and play forever...

im just happy we had chance to have someone like trent barrett at wigan i never thought i would see it personally, an aussie that came over here still worth paying who was as good as he was in his prime...

The above post is the biggest heap of schizer I've seen in weeks. You haven't got a clue what's going on behind the scenes, either with regard to players, staff or finances, yet you feel free to liberally tar everyone with the brush of incompetence. Probably because there are no truly world class stand offs available to sign for next season! Smith will more than likely (if your keyed in with CPW) vie with Phelps for the 6 shirt for next season.

I think Bradford have more serious long term problems than Wigan - don't be so negative. Smith might just suprise every "doubting thomas". If not, Wigan have "supposed" contract "fallbacks".

Maybe Smith will play the half role, with Leualui playing wider, who knows, especially with Barrett still at the club for this season. Maybe TL will be expected to play cover for Higham!?

Did this site not slag Coley off when we signed him last year before he even played a game he has turned out to a grafter in the team.I dont know whats happening on here some posters just slag off for the fun of it .Lets look positive and not negative lets give them a chance to see what they can do and that goes for JL and IL too.
