never rated Offiah as an all round player, he improved defensively as he lost some of his speed and had the ability to come into the midfield and work out... Calders had the speed, the defensive ability and the determination to do the work that Offiah had.. Unfortunately he didn't have Gene Miles so he will never be respected as much as Offiah was.
You have shown you no nowt about the game in comparing these two wingers. You seriously believe that Calders is comparable to one of the all time great try scorers and deserves the same "respect"?

sorry, just a little happy, after tonights events.
He was told and it was reported in the local paper at the time which is unheard of. Brian needs to decide if he is injured or not. That was said because he trained all week and then announced he was injured week after week when match day came along.
This is not calling the guy it is fact!
Tend to agree about Carney. He had 1/2 decent seasons, but when Hull were imploding we definately got the runt ofthe litter between him and Viakona.
