My contact has confirmed this as well. It is the same cub insider that told me at the beginning of this season that we were chasing four Storm players.

Gaz had a meeting last week with IL.
Hope you're right as my source (ex player) is adamant he's going. But then again, he could be winding me up and having a good laugh at me posting on here.

Nobody is winding anybody up. Let's just say people have been told different things by the same person BUT IMO, Gaz Hock is staying.

In the UK or at Wigan as well?.
I'm in so many minds about Hock as a player and the reason for his ban.
Who do we leave out for him, Tomkins, Farrell, Hanson or Hoffman...and would Hock really improve the team in place of any of these 4?
Reluctantly, as he is such an exciting individual player to watch, I just think he shouldn't wear the Cherry and White again.

Gaz Hock is in a relationship with the sister of Prop Kieth Mason (Hull K R). So its more involved than a single guy going to Australia. I have no doubt that an approach has been made to him, but when I spoke to him last year about Australia, he said he had no intentions of going there. Money talks, but I am sure he will be here next year playing in the rain and moaning every day, saying he should have gone to Australia. ( God bless him).
People think Gaz is a bit dilly, but trust me he is quite a clever guy who likes this image, he is no fool.
See you in Cherry and White next year Gaz, your agent is doing a great job of increasing your value to Mr Lennagan.

People in life make mistakes Mike14.
The ones that get caught serve the sentence laid out to them.
Gaz Hock will have served his ban, as imposed by the RFL by the middle of next season, and hopefully return to Rugby League as a Wigan player.
For me he will have served his sentence and hopefully learned from his mistakes.
If this is the case and he is good enough to play in the Wigan team as judged by Michael Mcguire and co, then I will be happy to see him in a Cherry & White shirt again.
