Perhaps its like others age, its to enjoy the sun in a less intense game than the NRL, but still get decent money for the pleasure of playing in a warmer climate.
Don't blame him as I would do the same if I knew Wests were not renewing my contract, but still felt fit enough to play.
Good luck to him and I look forward to seeing him return to the DW Stadium where no doubt he will received a great ovation from our supporters.

I think someone said on this site that Paddy wanted to travel Europe and this maybe ticks another box in that it's easier access to main parts of Europe from France than the UK.
Can't blame him if that's what his choice is.
I'd take shorts, tee shirt and warm weather if I could, my shorts are on until summer finishes in November.
