Many Canberra raiders fans think he's been very poor for them are pleased to see the back of him, also praising Ricky Stuart for showing him the exit door.
Guess only time will tell to see which FPN we get.

I'm not criticising your opinion G and those who share them but my view is possibly due to an age gap and I think it under pins my views on players like MM Wrecking ball et al Brian McTigue( a player recognise in the"Hall of Fame" was one of the best forwards ever to pull on a Wigan jersey. He was a superb ball player and tho' not noted as an "Enforcer" was someone not to be messed with. He never took a backward step. He was a boxer that manifests his toughness and he didn't lack "the biff". He's not in the H of F because of so called aggression but his RL skills(having aggression is implicit to the game.) Ask yourself do the tags "enforcer" "wrecking ball" connote SKILL. I don't think so but then again as I've been told on occasion "what do I know? I hope his addition is successful for all our sakes but like CP points out he did not wreck any pots at Canberra

Can't find anything about the Challenge Cup deadline on the internet
I hope this helps.
C1:2:5 The following provisions apply to all Competitions and Players.
(a) Subject to paragraph (b) below, if any signing takes place or is authorised by the Board: (i) in the case of Super League and the Championship, after close of business on the Friday prior to the last round in the Regular Season (i.e. Round 23); or (ii) in the case of League 1, after close of business on the Friday prior to Round 1 of the League 1 Super 8s and League 1 Shield (being, in all cases in the 2016 Season, 22 July 2016) (the “End of Season Signing Deadline”), then the Club shall not be entitled to play that Player in any Matches remaining in that Season.
Challenge Cup
ELIGIBILITY OF PLAYERS
B4:8 It is the responsibility of the Club concerned to ensure that its players are eligible to play in the Challenge Cup competition.
B4:9 Only Players who are correctly registered (or on dual registration to) and eligible to play for a Club under the Rules of the Competition in which that Club usually competes are eligible to play for that Club in a Cup Tie subject to the provisions of Operational Rule B4.10 below.
B4:10 For the avoidance of doubt: (a) the provisions of Operational Rule C1:2:5 apply to Challenge Cup Matches; and (b) after the date specified in Operational Rule C1:2:12 Players may only play on dual registration if they have played 3 matches for the Club to which they wish to play on dual registration before that date.
B4:11 A player who plays for a Club in the Cup cannot, in that same Season, play for another Club in the Cup. In this respect: (a) a Dual Registered player may play for either his registered Club or the Club he is Dual Registered to but having played for one may not then play for the other in the Cup; (b) a player who plays in a Match whilst on loan may not then play for the Club he is registered with.

One prop will leave next season, another the folloing season. Wigan are always cap maxed bat a small contingency. This season, Canberra pay most of his FPN salar which allows them to sign Peats(?) the Eels hooker who the Eels similarly have to offload.

Nathan Peats signed for Gold Coast Titans in May until i think the end of the 2017 season.
