Sadly I fear the second part of your comment is still accurate

Thank god for the win. Need to have a good look at themselves after that though because that was shocking

When did we sign him? Cause I have not seen a thing from him this season. Passenger of the highest order.

From the go. MM got a high shot around the neck from Connor and not one of the idiots who apparently played the game saw it. I pointed that out instantly at home.

Bring back Bilko I say and give him a job on SKY.

Some players on the 55th minute stopped playing. Some got very complacent and could have finished our season.

Once Gildart spilled that ball where he was more concerned about the player tackling him than actually catching the ball they played us off the park until they took the lead. Wrong attitude by many players tonight in the second half.

Sending off is a tough one but correct there is direct contact to the head. Watts is unlucky but leading with the forearm was made illegal years ago (shame it was in union as well was my favourite weapon of choice).

Players have to be more switched on than they were tonight. WE had the game won before the 60th minute but started to stop playing the hard graft game and tried fancy stuff against a side notorious for going in the last 15 minute.

Win is a win we found out last season that any win now is a good win. But we have to improve mentally at times.

Proud of them.
Strange game, back in the day we'd have put fifty on them.
True strength of a club lies in the playing staff and administration. Think the administration are hampered by the salary cap which leads to displays like this.

Maybe the clever thing is to play the game to your own advantage, good local network of interested amateurs, allied to a scouting staff finding the talent.

Salary cap and subsequent rules in place seem to be determinating how this game is going. Overall, think IL has called it right.

Can't say tonight was a great performance but overall, think we did the business.
