Best team won…… a fair result would have been 60-40

As much as some wouldn't like to hear it, we had a Powell shaped hole.

We opened up in the middle for them a few times and Brierly had a good game.

I'm also of the opinion either we are nackard from Easter or the team switched off at 24 - 12 thinking they had the game

Even with that both French and Marshall bombed their chances in the second half.
These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.

Second half we had poor game management and decision making.

Optimist? MOM won the match for
Us. Our defence What defence? Equal top with Saints but only in the table. Saints still superior. We did a "Saints" snatched the game in dying mins. Credit to Salforfd Thanks J Field!

Great game for the neutral and C4 coverage a big plus.

Defence is getting found out.

O'Neill and Smith made bad early mistakes but both recovered to contribute well.
Some serious brain-farts and poor decisions in the 2nd half, all credit to Salford for giving their all.

Some good individual performances but still not looking like a team that will win big games when it matters

Just take the win.
It wasn’t pretty, bad errors and soft defence.
And would we please stop playing shorrocks at 9!
O’Neil was doing alright so why didn’t he play the whole game? You never see Powell being spelled off
