I think there is genuine reason for optimism. If we can field our strongest line up we will be a match for anybody.
In terms of our competitors, we have certainly gained quality. I don't think Bradford have improved by signing Gene and Bai and I'm not sure if Leeds are better this season, despite signing Peacock.
I am worried about the scousers, though. I think Cayless and Pryce are excellent signings. I just hope we do them this time around.
