nothings really changed for me, although i'm less tempted to cheat now lol cos i know i have to tell you all how my week went. i'll do the same about sponsoring myself, £1 per pound lost. i'll set a target of a stone by next season cos i've already lost almost 2 stone so my weight loss is slowing down a bit now. if i lose anymore than my target, my sponsorship will go up to £2 per extra pound lost. weigh in tomorrow! mine's at 6 o clock at rosemary conley's so i'll be on at about 7 to let you all know.
i think he meant set a target and every pound you are over that you pay a pound as punishmeent
so iam 13 stone 12 im going fot 12 and a half for every pound im over that on the first home game ,ill will donate a £ to our chosen charity. done to days no beer no greasy brekis and a long half hour walk ,cant do the walk 2 night my baby sit night so ill do half hour exercise when the kids go to bed
oh right lol i didnt get that, but i'll do it like i said. just a thought, how do we decide which charity? can everyone taking part put a suggestion in n then the money raised be split between those charities? or do we have to agree on one charity?
