Why do these matches have to be derbys? If Welsh people are the market audience it does not matter who plays who. If your blackmailing existing supporters then it does.
Rob your a young single fella with few ties. A weekend to Cardiff is easy for you. What about the Binders, 2 adults, 2 children = serious expenditure.
