Based on last nights performance, I've decided to wear my Great Escape T shirt from last year for sundays run at Haigh hall.

I did it in 37 minutes, CB came in ahead of me, but I'm convinced he took a shortcut!
Legs a bit achey, but well worth it.
250 runners and Phil Clarke came in 4th.
Quite funny when I challenged a Latic to a race towards the end. Must have been 10yrs younger and about 5 stone lighter, but I still beat him.

Was a great morning, really good atmosphere and everyone was cheering everyone else on.
I'll be back again next year
