I have a few thoughts on this...
On Moran, being stuck down south I saw a lot of him at the Broncos. There he was told where to stand by jimmy Dymock (the loose forward) and followed him around, supporting and going on lone runs. He was the top try scorer in the league in 2 consecutive years in a poor side. He deserves an award but not for worst player, more for most mis-used signing. Expecting him to organise and have a kicking game was as fair on him as asking Fielden to play full back would be on him (though Millward would probably have tried that given enough time).
Pound for pound, which is so important in the Super League era, Vaealiki could not be beaten for mine. There were times when there wasn't another centre in the competition who would not have been an improvement.
I have "fond" memories of the non-tackling 7 stone full back Jimmy Birts - you had to see him to believe him and he is always the one that most springs to mind. Had Sherrattt ever taken to the field he might have rivalled him.
I feel sorry for Bibey. He wasn't great but he wasn't so bad was he?

I would add to the list for Jimmy Birts.
He almost single handedly knock us out of the Challenge Cup when he played for Halifax in the away tie, he had a cracking game, tackled, kicked and he was their insparation in the shock result, I was well made up when he signed for Wigan.
I don't remember him having one good game for us though which was more frustrating because I saw with my own eyes what he was capable of.

Personally, I think we couldnt go far wrong with these in our pack!
