Good practice for Huddersfield where we will I presume be minus Joel.
I will be so glad when Finchy and Pat are back playing.

any other potential injuries or bans
Joel will get a couple of matches I would have though.

15,346 this afternoon
Good turnout, plenty of Hull fans coming off the M61 earlier (obviously)

The radio said less Hull fans than anticipated. I personally thought they would have preferrred the Sunday afternoon than the Friday night fixture.

That game was a complete mess and shows exactly what happens when a ref isn't prepared to do anything about thuggish behaviour, niggling in the tackle etc etc. Joel T is an idiot but something like that was going to happen the way Sam was deliberately and consistently targeted by 'hard' men Manu and Lauaki among others.

They smothered us and left us lost and without ideas
All Joel has done is put a big cross on his back for evey forward to have a poke at and a little niggle hes good but to hot headed.
He will have to learn to keep his cool or he will have a long hard season or a very short one suspended every third game

Agar complains over Wigan's foul play!?
Agar applauded Ganson's decision to dismiss Joel Tomkins in the 68th minutes after a brawl and accused Wigan's players of over-stepping the mark throughout the game.
"It was 100% the right call," he said. "If you look back at the brawl, maybe they were lucky to get just one bloke sent off.
"I'm quite happy that our blokes responded in the way they did because, if they are not going to get the right protection during the game, they're entitled to do that.
"I just hope when the League review the game tomorrow, they are watching every tackle."

What a plonker. Yeoman was creating trouble throughout as were many others from the Hull team.
It is time the club started defending itself because if anybody from Wigan is to blame then the owner / coaches need to look at themselves re this turn the other cheek, holier than thou attitude. The see no evil, hear no evil approach combined with an inept match official is a recipe for disaster.
You cannot ask players to be physical and agressive and then expect them tolerate being subject repeatedly to illegal assaults. Some will fight with fire.

I hope they watch every tackle an all! I didn't see a hull tackle that was on the body. Most were either around the neck (high) or diving in at the knees (dangerous).
Bloody con man.

Exactly CP. Which side has a player on report and which side had multiple players penalised for foul play?
The brawl was a side-product of the constant fouling
