Ferres is no where near international class, I am not going to slag whitehead off on one appearance and maybe others shouldn't!!

No one slagged Whitehead off TBW but in your honest opinion did he honestly show you anything on this display to warrant his position? He's not a bad player but showed nothing that said here I am and I have improved the team from my inclusion. Because in my opinion he did not.

Ok people were not positive about him and in my original post I didn't disagree but just said I wouldn't call him after just one appearance. I would have Whitehead before Ferres but that doesn't mean to say either are good enough for international level!!

It has been A FANTASTIC TOURNAMENT AND SHOWS THE NEED FOR MORE INTERNATIONAL GAMES (apologies for caps). If need be just tour NZ and ask them to tour here. We need a 3 test series.

For me, Australia and New Zealand seem to be able to score from anywhere, whereas England need a moment of magic.
Fair play to SMc for going with Sarg, but I think he needs replacing. Not sure who with though.

Was that a full tilt Kiwi side we watched today, were they holding back any.
when their back is against the wall they offload in the tackle and I didn't see a massive amount of that today.

I do not think anybody can hold back against the present England team. The biggest issue is we currently lose a great deal when we interchange. Ferres and Whitehead are just below the standard required.

England have adopted a Wane Ball type game plan which is more difficult to convert into wins. It also negated some of the strengths of England such as George B. Nevertheless, we were a bugs whisker from 2 victories and truly stretched both Aus and NZ.

The biggest loss for me was no Sam B. We do not have enough quality to cope with such a loss. I cannot help thinking with Sam B in the XVII we win both games.

Who needs replacing, Sarge or McBanana?
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

I believe he meant Steve Mac who ordinarily I would agree but he has got a lot right this tournament bar perhaps the interchange and making the most of George Burgess.
