Minority or majority. Why does it matter. The whole point is these are opinions of different people with different views of the game I am baffled on why it should stop someone as you put it putting there heads above parapet. The whole purpose is to generate debate without offending any one. Even my son thinks Wane is the right person that's his choice and I respect that Like I do with ALL posters on this site. So to suggest that because someone is not posting because they think they would be in minority is ludicrous.
Exactly. Sadly you find some pro come what may Wigan fans like Whelley struggle to handle debate that includes anything negative about Wigan RLFC (My own personal opinion is that fans like that were part of the reason we once ended up in the 2nd division; Whelley is of that age/generation). Hence Whelley attempts to personalise debate rather than add his argument.
Who's being personal now?

As for the comment about being part of a generation of the past etc, you don't do to bad yourself with some of the continual bleating about the days of Central Park and the same thing over and over again about Wane not being good enough, the virtues of Maguire who has gone and how great Jack Gibson was as the Coaching Guru.

What makes you think in addition to being the expert on coaching, players etc, that you are also the expert in handling debate, when it is all one way on your part and if anyone differs, you then resort to belittling people with the kind of comments like you have made about me.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion and includes people who support Wane even if it does not suit most on here!
Correct, yet CP gets a ridiculous amount of abuse.

Do I take it then, that you would have replied in the same as myself, if anyone said the same things about yourself?

Whelley you NEVER debate, you never offer an argument in favour of your point of view, you try to hang on the tails and curry favour of fans that you think may support you. You actually prove the opposite of what you claim. The pro Wigan fans irrespective of whether things are good or bad are the most personal posters and most off topic and you exemplify that. We have 1 troll that is obvious but you are actually not much better than him, probably worse.

I post my opinion, I validate why I hold that opinion and then I debate it with people whether they agree or disagree with my opinion. That is the essence of forums.

Like I say you are of a generation that stood by and allowed the lowest period in this great clubs history from the mid 70's and relegation to division 2. You are afraid of engaging in debate and hate anything negative about Wigan RLFC irrespective of whether it is incorrect or correct.

If you say so, and as for the comment about a generation in the seventies standing by and allowing the club to have have the lowest period in the clubs history, perhaps you could explain how can you blame me when during that same period, I hardly missed a home or away game, most home 'A' games and therefore did my bit in support which included being at Central Park for the club's lowest ever attendance of around 2,500, not to mention the numerous Challenge Cup Semi Finals and Internationals etc.

It seems to me that you have some form of chip on your shoulder against the club for some reason as you never say anything positive about it, be it the past or the present.

Whelley I was with you when there was 2.500 on and also there when there was 47.770 Like you have been around Central Park in the dark days A team matches as well .All this is irrelevant as its in the past no matter how many cups we have won its the present I am more concerned in.A lot of players have left in the past few years and IMHO not replaced whether it be IL or SW if we don't watch out we will going back to Millwards era relying on young kids and nearly relegated .This season we have relegation to contend with and going off the games so far its looking like we will be in the doldrums if nothing changes.
