If wane was the issue with stiffiling talent. Hes gone so players should be improving under lam yes?

Well he was previously conditioned under Bitcon, who is apparently the best in the business, so if he is fitter and in better nick then it could be down to him applying himself better.
Sutton is no fitter than he was last season. As well as training with the club, under the guidance of Bitcon, he was doing additional sessions with Lee Blundell.

I think the state that the squad is in at the moment I certainly don't think wane would be doing any better than lam has done.
Could any coach do any better with this weak squad and the injuries we've had?

Fantasy thinking if he is ever going to get another crack at the NRL in my opinion, went to young and hes had his chance, its rare in life you get another chance at something so big, he should have gone now at the age he is now rather than 3 years back.

I don't know. 1 good season injury free and i think hed get offers.
