Some serious work to be done. Dupree, Mago and Byrne can’t replace one fit Havard and our overall attack bar one game and a couple of halves isn’t there. Not sure how we fix this in the next month with who’s available either.

Terrible game management by Peet again. Leeming got worse as the game went on but didn’t use Forber, another wasted bench spot!! Ellis was awful but played nearly the full game, Dupree was great but only got one 20 minute spell. We still have no plan B. Farrell gives away far too many penalties and 6 agains. We have a reluctance to use our centres properly, we have great running centres and in Wardle the best in the league but don’t use them to there strengths.

Do we not research how certain refs ref the game? Jack Smith is an awful ref who very rarely gives us anything but to keep holding down when he keeps warning us is just plain stupid.

As I said earlier on, our pack is not playing to its full potential right now. Thompson was average, Ellis had a poor game and none of our other props take charge and create a change when those two aren't at their best. We don't get anywhere near enough from Byrne, Dupree and Mago at the moment given their relative position in the squad.

It also doesn't help that French at fullback keeps him out of the game too much. It's fine if you've got a talented half who can balance the team on the other side and help us get the ball to French in the right areas but Farrimond was poor today and didn't have any influence on the game. We need someone who can hit the ground running and I'd genuinely consider Hodkinson at fullback and French in the halves if we can't get more out of Farrimond. It's not entirely his fault that our pack aren't dominat, but you have to make the most of the cards you've been dealt and at the moment our pack isn't dominating.

Poor go forward again need some new forwards that knock the opposition backwards

Some very questionable refereeing there but no excuses for losing to that Leeds team. Very poor from us. Get French back to 6 quickly and stop believing the hype. Hard work needed this month

Team are fatigued . Look back in history and all teams have a lull after a trip away or final et al.

Was just chatting to my mate about the bench use. We clearly don’t have the depth that we are led to believe if Peet is giving 25 mins to Byrne, 25 mins to Dupree, 20 at most for Mago and zero for Forber. I’m only going to praise Marshall and Walters for that game. Both are proving they can be relied upon when it matters but the coaching staff need to take a long look at themselves because this season could get away from us very quickly in the next month if we pick up any more injuries or suspensions. Tiredness isn’t an excuse when we are using the bench so sparingly.
