Daft idea altogether
I am getting the impression some fans are going too far to the point of annoyance. All talk like clive anderson are some.
anyone apart from me got over this issue yet?

not over this and not going to drop it. It's up to individuals if they wish to mask JJB (or cover with the wonderful picture with the red cross on it).
I fail to see how you can critisise fans for being loyal to the club and voicing their distain on what has happened over the past couple of days. And as for DW comments about "they didn't give enough notice", is he not capable of working out that there was a chance of a home gme this weekend.
Keep the faith, hide the logo

Why not cover it with the "Were supposed to be at home" sign with club crest int middle. That would be great for sky to pick up

Start about 1330,not too early for the 4 thousand fans!!
Works for me. Seeing a client at 12.30, should be done by 1.30. Straight down Kitt Green Road to the roundabout and circulate to the Saddle for an hour or two with Pink Floyd on the CD. Make sure everyone honks when they recognise anyone who is obviously a fellow conspirator ie a car they have seen going the opposite direction a few times!!!
I reckon 40 cars driving bumper to bumper round the saddle, not allowing other drivers in, when coupled with the usual heavy Saturday traffic would slow the traffic flow to the JJB to a trickle. Would be even better if the Sunderland team coach was delayed causing the kick off to be put back.
