'ow do all,i've just joined, and enjoyed reading the last few pages of this thread, remenicing and the like ( Hen Pens etc.) I would like to see a match played under the old rules, ie. before the 4 tackle rule. Up your jumper rugby as it was called, could be a charity match or something just to see what the contrast would be to these super fast times. If I remember rightly, the music for the entrance of the teams back then was called "The entry of the Gladiators". Also, regarding players, does John Ferguson's son play the game, or his daughter for that matter ( Rugby Leage ) that is.
